Aerial Drone Photography and 360° Images
We use an Aerial Drone during inspections when a roof is unsafe to walk on foot. We collect high-quality images from above the property to assess the condition of the roof, and these images will be emailed to our client. We also use a 360° camera during inspections. With it, we photograph the rooms of the home and the view from the neighborhood, allowing you to virtually tour the property as needed.

11th Month Warranty Inspection
Many new homes are sold with a 12-month warranty from the builder that covers defects in construction. As a new homeowner, it can be difficult to know what repairs to request when the time comes. During an 11th Month Warranty Inspection, we find the issues covered under the warranty so that owners know exactly what repairs to ask for.
After a Buyer’s Inspection, a buyer and seller will agree on the repairs that need to be made before closing. During a Re-Inspection, we return to the property again and check that the repairs were completed as agreed upon.
Commercial Building Inspection
We offer Commercial Building Inspections for light commercial properties, such as small storefronts, offices, and multi-family buildings.
It is unsafe to consume or use the water in your prospective home before having it tested for harmful bacteria and contaminants. We offer Water Testing so that you can be sure your home’s water is safe.
During an inspection, we will check a home for visual signs of mold growth. We contract out full Mold Testing services, including air quality testing and sampling, to a professional third-party.
