  • Roofing system
  • Chimney and attic
  • Exterior
  • Garage
  • Kitchen components
  • Rooms
  • Bathrooms and components
  • Structural components
  • Plumbing system
  • Electrical system
  • Heating and central air conditioning
  • Swimming pools and safety equipment

Aerial Drone Photography and 360° Images

We use an Aerial Drone during inspections when a roof is unsafe to walk on foot. We collect high-quality images from above the property to assess the condition of the roof, and these images will be emailed to our client. We also use a 360° camera during inspections. With it, we photograph the rooms of the home and the view from the neighborhood, allowing you to virtually tour the property as needed.

Buyer’s Inspection

Home buyers need to understand a property’s condition, operation, and repair needs before they close their purchase. During the Buyer’s Inspection, we assess the condition of the home and help buyers fully understand exactly what their investment will entail.

Pre-Listing Inspection

Sellers who fully understand their homes can better negotiate with buyers and make repairs before they even put the home on the market. During the Pre-Listing Inspection, we check the home for the repairs that should be made and the issues that should be resolved or disclosed to buyers.

New Construction Inspection

After a home is built, it should be thoroughly inspected before the final walk-through to ensure that it is move-in ready. During a New Construction Inspection, we find the oversights that builders may have made so they can be promptly addressed.

New Construction Phase Inspection

New Construction Phase Inspections can help builders achieve a finished product that is free from hidden defects. We inspect the home at the important phases of the building process, helping to keep defects from getting hidden as construction continues.

11th Month Warranty Inspection

Many new homes are sold with a 12-month warranty from the builder that covers defects in construction. As a new homeowner, it can be difficult to know what repairs to request when the time comes. During an 11th Month Warranty Inspection, we find the issues covered under the warranty so that owners know exactly what repairs to ask for.

Re-Inspection

After a Buyer’s Inspection, a buyer and seller will agree on the repairs that need to be made before closing. During a Re-Inspection, we return to the property again and check that the repairs were completed as agreed upon.

Commercial Building Inspection

We offer Commercial Building Inspections for light commercial properties, such as small storefronts, offices, and multi-family buildings.

Water Testing

It is unsafe to consume or use the water in your prospective home before having it tested for harmful bacteria and contaminants. We offer Water Testing so that you can be sure your home’s water is safe.

Radon Testing

Radon is a cancer-causing gas that can rise from soil and become trapped inside the home. Exposure to the gas is extremely dangerous, and it cannot be detected without professional equipment. We offer Radon Testing to keep your home and family safe from radon exposure.

During an inspection, we will check a home for visual signs of mold growth. We contract out full Mold Testing services, including air quality testing and sampling, to a professional third-party.
